Each is approximately 5 ounces.

You can break them in pieces, or drop the whole bath bomb into your tub and watch it fizz. I use Epsom salts that soften skin and ease aches and muscle pains. Some grains are large, but the bath bomb will completely dissolve in warm/hot water so there's no reason to become alarmed. 

These bath bombs include oils and may cause your tub to become slippery. Be careful when stepping into and out of the tub.
