Are all of your products vegan?
Not all of them. Please check the ingredients, as we do use honey or beeswax in some of our products. We are working to make alternative salves and lip balms without beeswax.
How do I cancel my order?
Once your order is paid for and shipped, we do not offer cancellations. All of our products are handmade and packaged with care for you.
Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept exchanges. I don’t accept returns or cancellations. Please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Information about our customers is important to our business. We share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
